About Olympic Spine & Sports Therapy

Olympic Spine & Sports Therapy is one of the first multi-disciplinary physical medicine clinics in Western Washington. Our founder, Dr. Mark Shelley, determined that the ideal treatment program combines several different disciplines after sustaining numerous injuries himself, and utilizing many different types of treatment. As a provider, he realized his patients needed the same integrated care.

To address this need, he created a treatment team using spinal decompression, massage therapy, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and cold laser therapy. The treatments all work together, producing greatly enhanced results.

Our patients' treatment plans are customized based on their examination and test results and their own treatment goals. In most cases, more than one type of treatment is needed to achieve the fastest pain relief and the most complete recovery. The results are truly exceptional -- that is "the advantage of teamwork."
