Anita's Story

The Staff at OSST are Great People!

Over the years I have struggled with sciatica in my legs, pain in my left hip, low back, neck and shoulder. My back used to get so stiff I couldn’t move very easily and I had difficulty sleeping. Now, after going through treatment at OSST my pain is reduced and I have more flexibility. I can do computer work without my neck stiffening up and I am able to spend more time in the garden without hurting my low back. I feel younger, and I am able to do more with friends! The staff at OSST are great people. They provide the tools you need to help yourself and then create a very encouraging atmosphere that motivates you to use them!  — Anita M.
